- The primary function of this position is creating new designs for the family of FMP's websites. Other functions of this position include maintaining item information, day to day maintenance of the websites and working with vendors to define and create new functionality.
- As the Digital Media Specialist for the company I work closely with our vendors and in house programmers to create new functionality for the aging FMP websites. I also redesigned the main FMP online catalog, currently in testing, as well as other FMP websites (projects on hold for main catalog site). I also maintain item common names and web catalog categories. I have created specifications used by the marketing department for creating web advertising content and maintaining product images. I have redesigned print forms to work as printed documents as well as online interactive PDF files.

- Help Desk Specialist/Online Learning Team Media Specialist
- Primary functions of this position included helping students, faculty, and staff with day to day technical issues. Other responsibilities included working with staff and faculty to create media for use in online classrooms.
- As a member of the Help Desk I assisted faculty, staff, and students with problems they would encounter while computing. Problems brought to the help desk ranged from wireless connectivity issues to virus problems that would require scans and sometimes system formats. At the help desk we would also determine if a problem was software or hardware related, hardware related problems were forwarded to the Computer Fixer on Campus. Outside of the walk in help desk I also made office visits to work on desktop machines. From March to September 2009 I was part of a team handling a major computer replacement project. I worked with two other team members to manage system images, prepare computers for deployment, and deploy new systems. From October 2009 to June 2010 I worked with the university's Online Learning Team assisting professors with media services. Media services primarily involved video editing and digitization. In most cases I would upload finished projects to the Dragon Drop system for professors and students to access in online classrooms.

- I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from Drexel University's Westphal College of Media Arts and Design. While at Drexel, Digital Media majors were not limited to 3D design and animation. We also focused on fine arts, graphic design, web design and development as well as scripting in languages like ActionScript and C++.

- I graduated from Drexel with a minor in Fine Arts, focused on Printmaking. The printmaking experience has uniquely prepared me to meld new and old technologies and create media that can be screen and print friendly at the same time.
